TASTE THE FUTURE OF SUSTAINABLE DRINKING AT BANK HOUSE

Bank House Launches Cocktail Event with Gin Eco Kings

If you like a side of sustainability with your spirits, head to London’s acclaimed Bank House on 9 November for a cocktail evening with carbon neutral distillery, Greensand Ridge.

The Kings of planet-friendly gin will be working with the Chislehurst hotspot's mixology wizards to create four cocktails with a tiny carbon footprint and a big flavour.

Greensand Ridge makes gin which reflects the tastes of the woods, orchards, fields and hedgerows around their distillery and uses snazzy tech and 100% renewable energy to make it super sustainable.

Bank House occupies an imposing, former Victorian bank, with colourful art, velvet furnishings and cosy exposed brickwork softening the old commercial building to create a relaxed, stylish and light-filled restaurant on the High Street of the picturesque London suburb.

It’s owned by Stuart Gillies, who was CEO of The Gordon Ramsay Group for seven years and before that, earned international acclaim as chef at Michelin-starred restaurants including Daniel in New York, Hotel Lord Byron in Rome and The Connaught alongside Angela Hartnett. He's also recognised for regular TV appearances on shows including Saturday Kitchen, Hell’s Kitchen and Great British Menu.

So it might be wise to soak up the gin with some of Bank House’s impressive dishes after the cocktail evening.
