DEVOUR LONDON AT THE CAPITAL'S BIGGEST FOOD FESTIVAL
Taste of London returns to Regent’s Park for 18th Birthday Celebration
Dust off your elasticated trousers and polish your teeth, because London’s biggest food festival, Taste of London, is returning for a five-day nosh-a-thon, with 36 of the capital’s most exciting restaurants, 45 top chefs, unique foodie experiences and fire-fuelled theatrics and entertainment.
The beast of a feast will celebrate its 18th birthday from 15 - 19 June at Regent’s Park with 55,000 hungry Londoners ready to devour the city in a next-level garden party, feasting on eight, button-popping sessions across the festival’s duration.
These guys don't mess about. They've teamed up with some of the capital’s hottest restaurants, including Spanish treats from Bibo’s Michelin-starred Dani Garcia, multi-cuisine dishes from Neyba’s Michelin-starred chefs and Jamaican-Italian mash-up, Angelina.
The Fire Pit will be back with Food Network, for live, flame-addled workshops with names including barbecue alchemist Genevieve Taylor, rapper-turned-foodie Big Zuu, Pig and Butcher’s head chef Sean Garrett and Madera at Treehouse Chef Ximena Gayosso Gonzales.
All that eating is thirsty work, so the Champagne Laurent Perrier Club House, Aspall Cyder House, Schweppes Cocktail Bar, Italicus Aperitivo Bar and Grey Goose Essences are on hand for lubrication. Thank chuff.
And non-boozy quenching is provided by The Juice Lab, who will be partnering with The Kitchen Theory for experiential, healthy tipples, while De’Longhi Coffee Bar is on hand for free caffeine fixes and masterclasses.
The Daily Specials give you the chance to sample some of the city’s tastiest new concepts, popping up for one or two days only. This year, they include dishes from Chef Joke Bakare’s West African restaurant Chishuru and British-Caribbean treats from Wood and Water.
Cook School is also returning with Diner's Club, offering you the chance to cook up goodies with chefs.
And fresh on 2022’s menu is House of Taste, where you can improve your culinary expertise at Skillery in the kitchen, before giving your pie-hole a break at Taste Tee’s crazy golf.
Rennie's not included.
